Our aim is to make the titandesert.quironprevencion.com website known to internet users. The website provides services for which the registered user can purchase appointments.

QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. reserves the right to make any changes and modifications it deems necessary or appropriate to the website. Under no circumstances will prior notice be given, so that subsequent access will imply unequivocal acceptance of the modifications by the user.

In any case, the contracting of services by the user will be subject to the information provided in each sales process before and after contracting, which will appear in the sales process of each specific service. These conditions are not static and may be altered depending on stock, offers and/or even the discontinuation of the product.

Navigation as a client that allows the contracting of services offered on the website. It is designed for those users who are interested in maintaining a stable relationship with QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U.

QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. or the user may terminate the contractual relationship between them without any additional justification, with the exception of the obligations contracted prior to the termination of this relationship.

4. Recruitment

Prior information

Only dating services with their main characteristics are listed on the website. Such services may be altered depending on requirements, offers and/or even the discontinuation of these services.

The registered user can access the purchase of the products offered by QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. To do so, he/she must follow the procedures indicated at the end of this point 4.1. of the legal notice on prior information.

The commercial transaction will be stored in the corresponding databases of QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. The corresponding summary document referring to the transaction can be accessed and generated from these databases. The user has the right to request a copy of this document.

Editing tools are provided to allow you to identify and correct data entry errors before confirming them.

Contracts shall be drawn up in Spanish.

All prices include VAT.

The accepted methods of payment are set out in section 4.2.4.

The right of withdrawal is recognised in accordance with the terms set out in section 4.2.2.3.

There is a Customer Service described in section 4.2.6 and warranties are provided to the user as indicated and defined in section 4.2.5.

On the formalities for the conclusion of contracts:

Step 1: The shopping basket and its corresponding validation: for the purchase process to be completed, the user must verify and validate the shopping basket. All prices are reflected in the basket according to the breakdown described in point 4.1.5 above.

Purchase requests made through QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. are subject to the availability of the selected services.

Step 2: On invoicing and delivery: the user must then specify the invoicing and delivery details of the products and/or services. At this stage, the user must accept the legal terms of the purchase. Otherwise the purchase process cannot continue. By clicking on the "Validate and Pay" button during the process of placing an order, the user declares to fully and unreservedly accept the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale which, in any case, may be filed and printed by users for reproduction whenever they deem it necessary.

Step 3: On the method of payment: the user must then proceed to payment. At present, the payment methods are: Credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card) or Bizum. With regard to the cards, once the details have been filled in, the user will be redirected to the online payment platform (TPV) of the banking institutions.

Step 4: Confirmation of Purchase: The purchase will be confirmed by means of a confirmation e-mail sent by QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. within the following 24 hours.

4.2. Terms and conditions of the contract

4.2.1. Economic conditions: selection and price

To book an appointment, access the Appointments section and select the available timetable. From the top right-hand side of the page, registered users will be able to access the shopping cart, which will allow them to view the order and even cancel it.

Once you have completed the timetable selection, you will be able to check all the cats associated with your appointment.

To make the purchase, the order must be processed. We remind you that you have provided data that you can update or modify at any time. Finally, you must indicate the method of payment and complete the purchase. Remember that all data provided are treated securely and are strictly protected. You should bear in mind point 6 of the Legal Notice.

The prices of the services are always shown in euros and include VAT, as well as any other applicable tax, being those in force and legally applicable at that time. Taxes are reflected in the shopping cart and during the payment process.

In the event that QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. identifies a manifest error in the price of any of the services published, the client will be informed immediately and the correction will be made on the Website.

QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. expressly reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice. However, in any case, the rates in force on the Website at the time the corresponding order is placed shall apply.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, except for the right of withdrawal that you are entitled to under point 4.2.2.2.2 of this legal notice.

4.2.2. User rights

4.2.2.1. Suggestions and complaints

You are hereby informed that the address to which you can also send a letter by post is Calle Agustín de Betancourt, nº 25 - 28003 Madrid, Spain; by sending a registered letter to the QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. Customer Service Department.

We undertake to deal with your request as soon as possible and in any case within thirty calendar days of receiving your request.

4.2.2.2. Withdrawal

The user who has made a purchase on our website has the right to withdraw from the purchase. The right of withdrawal must be made no later than forty-five (45) minutes before the time of your appointment.

Returns can be made by contacting titandesert@quironprevencion.com. You will be notified by e-mail of the exercise of your right.

QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. will reimburse the amounts corresponding to withdrawal within a maximum period of 15 days.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are, inter alia and in accordance with section 103 of the Consumer Protection Act:

• The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, where performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with his acknowledgement that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
• The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge that he/she loses his/her right of withdrawal as a result.

4.2.3. Payments

Once the User has provided their billing details, they must select the payment method they wish to use. QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. currently validates the following payment methods:

Credit and debit card

The means of payment proposed by QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. may be subject to checks and authorisations by the entities issuing the means of payment. Therefore, it is up to the corresponding entity to authorise the payment or not. In the event that payment is refused, the order placed by you will be automatically cancelled, and the purchase will be considered for all intents and purposes as not having been made.

Payment by card is subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entities of the means of payment. In the event that the payment platform reports that the card has been refused, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the purchase will be deemed not to have been made for all intents and purposes.

Purchasing by debit and/or credit card at QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. is a completely secure process and you can use your card with complete confidence. We inform you that the SSL protocols are complied with, as the payment gateways use the 3DSecure system, redirecting the data to secure servers without the merchant being able to access or store them.

QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. provides the User, once the order has been placed, with the invoice for the products by e-mail.

The payment methods shown above will not always be available.

QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, S.L.U. reserves the right to offer all or some of the payment methods.

5. Policy on exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

5.1 Changes

Once the service has been purchased, the platform offers the user the possibility of rescheduling their appointment within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours as long as it is made at least forty-five (45) minutes before the originally scheduled time.

The option to reschedule an appointment will also be available in consultation with our specialists at the point of care. Similarly, it must be made at least forty-five (45) minutes before the originally scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability of the service.

5.2. Returns

In the case of the provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with his acknowledgement that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the specialist, there will be no right of return of any kind.

5.3 Cancellations

Any wish to cancel the service is interpreted as a cancellation of the service as reflected in point 4.2.2.2 and, as such, must comply with all requirements.
