The aforementioned entity is registered in the Register of External Prevention Services of the Barcelona Territorial Services of the Department of Labour, Social Affairs and Families of Barcelona with accreditation number SP-001-B, in order to be able to act as an external prevention service, throughout the state territory.

The Nutrition Service appointment platform acts as an appointment diary for this service. Through this platform, people interested in attending this service can see the appointments available at each Quirón Prevención, S.L.U. centre where this service is provided, and book an appointment for a consultation.

Quirón Prevención, S.L.U., will send a confirmation of the appointment to the patient, to the e-mail address provided by the interested party, with which they have registered on the platform, in order to confirm and remember the appointment, as well as to provide a method of contact in case the patient should have to cancel the appointment.

SECOND. By accessing this service you declare that you are of legal age and have full capacity to act.

You are also responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the secrecy of your password to ensure that no one can access the application on your behalf. Any action taken by your user on the application is your sole responsibility.

The access identifier to the appointment calendar of the Nutrition Service is personal and non-transferable. No other person may use the access identifiers of another user.

Quirónprevención S.L.U. may terminate the membership of any user, without prior notice, if it becomes aware that the user has breached any of the conditions of access and use of the Nutrition Service citation platform, and especially when the user's access identifier is used by a person other than the authorised person.

THIRD. By accepting the present conditions of use, you agree to receive information relating to this service at the e-mail address indicated in the registration form, and you have the right to stop sending it from the same application by means of a request addressed to Quirón Prevención, S.L.U.

FOURTH. Quirón Prevención, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify or suspend the service without prior notice to the user, and the user waives the right to exercise any claim in this respect.

Quirón Prevención, S.L.U. will not be responsible for any damages that may be caused to the user or a third party as a consequence of interferences, omissions, interruptions, disconnections or any irregularity in the functioning of access to the telematic networks, both public and private, as well as in the computer systems used. Neither will any responsibility be incurred by Quirónprevención for delays derived from deficiencies, crashes, errors or overloads in the computer or telematic networks and systems that affect or prevent the execution of consultations or operations, even if they affect the user as a consequence of errors in the information coming from suppliers other than Quirónprevención, even if they have been received through this service, or those that could be caused by illegitimate intromissions by third parties or by the so-called "computer viruses".

SIXTH. Quirón Prevención, S.L.U. undertakes to respect the privacy of the information contained and transmitted through this service, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in our legal system. Likewise, it undertakes to keep all the necessary access codes and passwords secret. Similarly, with respect to Quirónprevención, you undertake to keep them secret, not to write them down or reproduce them on a support that could be lost or stolen and not to provide them to third parties. You will be solely responsible for the correct use of this service.

If you detect unauthorised use of your user account or if your access codes are lost, stolen or misappropriated, you must notify us as soon as possible, by any means that allows us to have proof of receipt.

The data accessed may only be used for purposes related to the Nutrition Service provided by Quirónprevención S.L.U. and accessible through the Nutrition Service citation platform.

SEVENTH. You acknowledge and agree that the use of the content and/or services offered by this application is at your sole risk and/or responsibility. You also agree to use this application and all its content and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these conditions of use. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the services and/or content and not to use them for illicit or criminal activities that infringe the rights of third parties and/or infringe the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other applicable legal regulations.           3. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

 Questions relating to the Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other questions that arise and are related in part or in full to the services provided through the application, are governed by Spanish law, and the parties expressly waive their corresponding jurisdiction, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
